Military Graves

Are you living outside of the United Kingdom and have a relatives military grave situated in either Devon, Dorset, Hampshire or Wiltshire?  The Commonwealth War Graves Commission does a superb job tending to war graves but if you would like to go one step further and have the grave tended on a more regular basis then we can help.

We will carry out one tending visit to the grave each month where we give the headstone a light clean to remove bird droppings etc and remove any rubbish or other debris from around the marker.  We will trim the grass if necessary and lay fresh flowers at every visit.  You can add a personal message with every visit as well as asking for a favourite Bible verse to be read out.  This service also includes a small poppy wreath laid on remembrance Sunday.  You will be kept updated regularly with digital photographs of the grave and surroundings via email.

The cost of this service is just £180 per year for Graves within 20 miles of Bournemouth, £200 between 21 miles and 40 miles of Bournemouth and £220 for graves between 41 miles and 60 miles of Bournemouth, £240 between 61 and 80 miles of Bournemouth and lastly £260 for graves between 81 and 100 miiles of Bournemouth.  These costs only apply to military graves.  Please email us with the grave details and your own details to take advantage of this special service.

Sponsor an unknown soldiers grave

If you would like to sponsor an unknown soldiers grave please contact us, there are many military graves of unknown soldiers that are tended by the War Graves Commission but if you would like to be more involved we could identify one on your behalf and then lay flowers on a regular basis.  The cost of this scheme is just £38 per year.

There are graves available from many nationalities and if you don't express a preference then we will choose one on your behalf.  We will lay fresh flowers once a year and a poppy on remembrance day.  A digital photograph will be emailed to you after each visit.
